UP Program Levels
- Level I is an introduction to the basic principles and techniques of Ultimate Physicality. It is for anyone at any level who is looking to gain strength and flexibility within the body as well as understanding the necessary concepts to maintaining overall physical health. These include: learning correct posture, breathing, and relaxation techniques, increasing the body’s range of motion, understanding the necessity to utilize all muscle groups within the body in order to gain maximum movement potential, and most importantly restructuring thoughts about movement and understanding the concept of “mind over matter.”
- Level II is for those who have already been introduced to Ultimate Physicality and who are capable of increased range of motion, flexibility, and strength without the need for athletic prowess.
- Level III is for those with a more athletic background who have completed levels I and II. People who use this level are recommended to have an athletic past or fitness training and who are looking for a more intensive training regiment.
- Level IV is for those people who have no physical limitations or who have had enough post-therapeutic treatment to endure a more intensive flexibility and strength training workout. We recommend this level for those with athletic prowess.
- Level V is for Non-Professional/Professional athletes, dancers, ect. who endure extensive and intensive physical activities on a daily basis. This level is an extremely intense workout and is recommended for those who are seriously applying this program’s concepts and techniques and who have a high level of strength and flexibility.
